Welcome to AirVoucher! These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between your business (“you,” “your,” or “the business”) and AirVoucher (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your participation in the AirVoucher platform. By listing your business, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment & Subscription Terms

1.1. Listing Fees – Your business listing on AirVoucher is a paid service offered on a monthly (€80/month) or annual (€768/year with a 20% discount) basis.
1.2. Payment Deadlines – Payments must be made in advance. If a monthly payment is missed, you will have a 3-day grace period to make the payment before your listing and offer are removed from the platform.
1.3. Coverage – The listing fee covers one (1) brand and one (1) establishment. If you operate multiple locations, each must have a separate listing.
1.4. Activation – Listings go live within 24-48 hours after the payment has been processed.

2. Business Responsibilities

2.1. Mandatory Discount Requirement – Your business must provide a promotional offer to AirVoucher users. Discounts can include:

• Percentage discounts (e.g., 5-20%)
• Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) deals
• Other exclusive promotions agreed upon during onboarding.

2.2. Voucher Code Implementation – Businesses must supply a unique voucher code that will be redeemed in the establishment.
2.3. Staff Training – Your employees must be fully trained on how to accept and process AirVoucher discounts before your offer goes live. AirVoucher is not responsible for disputes arising from untrained staff.

3. Listing Management & Modifications

3.1. Updating Your Listing – Businesses may request changes to their listing (e.g., offer updates, descriptions, or images) by contacting their dedicated account manager.
3.2. Suspension & Removal – Failure to comply with the terms, maintain accurate discount offers, or fulfill vouchers may result in temporary suspension or removal from the platform.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation Notice – If you wish to cancel your listing, you must provide a 30-day written notice via email to our support team.
4.2. Refunds for Annual Plans – If you paid annually, the used months will be deducted plus a 15% administrative fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
4.3. No Refunds for Monthly Plans – Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.

5. Marketing & Promotion Rights

5.1. By listing your business on AirVoucher, you grant us the right to use your logo, name, and website for:

• Marketing materials
• Social media campaigns
• Customer engagement initiatives

5.2. We will not modify your branding or misrepresent your business but will actively promote your participation in AirVoucher to maximize exposure.

6. Liability & Compliance

6.1. Business Responsibility – AirVoucher acts as a platform connecting businesses with Airbnb travelers. We do not assume liability for customer experiences, quality of service, or the enforcement of discounts at your establishment.
6.2. Compliance with Local Laws – Businesses must ensure their participation in AirVoucher complies with Romanian business and consumer protection laws.
