Welcome to AirVoucher! These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between your business (“you,” “your,” or “the business”) and AirVoucher (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your participation in the AirVoucher platform. By listing your business, you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Subscription Terms

1.1. Listing Fees – Your business listing on AirVoucher is a paid subscription. Pricing is set according to your business category (Dining, Nightlife, Entertainment, Events, Attractions, Shopping, Wellness, or Transport) and is available in both monthly and annual plans. Current fees are published on our website and in your subscription agreement.

1.2. Activation – Listings are created automatically once payment is received. All listings are subject to approval and will go live within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

1.3. Renewals – Businesses will receive email notifications prior to the expiry of their listing. Renewal and payment can be completed directly from the business dashboard.

1.4. Coverage – Each subscription covers one (1) business location. Additional locations require separate listings.

Business Responsibilities

2.1. Mandatory Discount Requirement – Businesses must provide a promotional offer to AirVoucher users, unless the listing is for an event. Event organizers are not required to provide discounts, as many events are free or ticket-based.

2.2. Voucher Code Implementation – Where applicable, businesses must provide a unique voucher code to be redeemed by customers.

2.3. Staff Training – Businesses are responsible for ensuring staff are trained to accept and process AirVoucher discounts. AirVoucher is not liable for disputes caused by untrained employees.

Listing Management

3.1. Self-Service Updates – All businesses manage their own listings directly through the AirVoucher dashboard. You may update your offer, description, images, or contact details at any time.

3.2. Suspension & Removal – Failure to comply with these Terms, maintain accurate discount offers, or fulfill vouchers may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Self-Service Cancellation – Users may cancel their subscription at any time directly through their dashboard. AirVoucher does not interfere with cancellations.

4.2. Monthly (30-Day) Plans – If a user cancels a monthly plan, the current billing cycle will continue until the end date. No refunds are issued for unused days.

4.3. Annual Plans – Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If cancelled, access remains active until the end of the paid period, but no refunds are provided.

Marketing & Promotion Rights

5.1. Marketing Use – By listing your business, you grant AirVoucher the right to use your name, logo, and branding for:

• Marketing materials

• Social media campaigns

• Customer engagement initiatives

5.2. Brand Integrity – AirVoucher will not modify your branding or misrepresent your business.

Liability & Compliance

6.1. Platform Role – AirVoucher is a digital platform connecting businesses with Airbnb travelers and local users. We are not responsible for customer experiences, service quality, or enforcement of discounts.

6.2. Compliance with Local Laws – Businesses must ensure their participation in AirVoucher complies with Romanian business and consumer protection laws.

No Guarantee of Results

8.1. Exposure, Not Performance – AirVoucher provides a platform for visibility and promotion but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, customer visits, or revenue.

8.2. Independent Results – The success of your listing depends on multiple factors outside of AirVoucher’s control, including customer demand, seasonality, pricing, competition, and the quality of your products or services.

8.3. Limitation of Liability – AirVoucher shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed opportunities, or business outcomes resulting from your participation on the platform.
